Yvette, Los Angeles 1998

I first met Yvette in Chicago in the early 1990s. She moved to Los Angeles shortly thereafter and always suggested that I move out there too. Eventually I did in March of 1998. This shot was from my first photoshoot after moving to LA. We also did the famous shot of her drinking from the sink on that same roll of film. Yvette has since moved back and forth between LA and Chicago a couple of times. She's currently in LA, and we're still best of friends. In fact, she cuts my hair now. I highly recommend her for any hair-styling needs.
